While I respect a business right to set their own policies in NO way is a business allowed to discriminate against a person for a medical handicap.Appointments are supposed to go up at 9 am. They must be booked a week in advance through their website. If you need to renew your DL, make sure you have an appointment. Molly Ellisor: The folks here are friendly and efficient.Walked in, paid my fee, they processed my paperwork, took my photo and I was out in less than 20 minutes. You have to be on the website at exactly 9am and reserve your spot before 9:01, but it’s possible! Once you have your appointment it’s quick and easy.
